1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and i888 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the i888 website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the i888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the i888 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an active account on i888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of i888 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion order in place with i888 or any PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

i888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. i888 may suspend or permanently close any account where the account holder fails to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the i888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. i888 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your i888 account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify i888 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

i888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach to i888.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

i888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at i888's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your i888 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. i888 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for GCash and PayMaya, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one to two business days. i888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where the payment method belongs to someone other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from third-party payment sources may be confiscated, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• i888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000.
• Funds in your i888 account do not accrue interest.
• i888 is not a bank or financial institution. Your account balance is held in trust for gaming purposes only.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

i888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to Philippine holidays, PBA seasons, and other local events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all i888 bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, bingo, and fishing games may have different contribution percentages. Refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse prevention: i888 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.

i888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes made after the claim date, except where fraud or abuse is involved.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

i888 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following rules apply to all games available on the i888 platform, including live casino, slots, bingo, fishing games, keno, and sports betting.

Random Number Generators (RNG): All non-live games on i888 use certified RNG technology to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.

Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed in real time from regulated studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under the supervision of trained dealers and studio management. i888 does not control live game outcomes.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body. i888 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the result is subject to official review or reversal.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, i888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. i888 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the i888 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Money laundering: Using i888 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. i888 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or other competitive formats.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to play games or place bets on your behalf.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the i888 platform, its servers, databases, or any connected systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds into your i888 account.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the i888 platform by any person under 21 years of age.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the i888 platform — including but not limited to the i888 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of i888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the i888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any i888 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on i888 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the i888 platform.
• Use i888 branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the i888 platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of i888 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that content on the i888 platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with full details of your claim.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, i888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the i888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the i888 platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage resulting from events beyond i888's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

i888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your i888 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude i888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

i888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, i888 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as voluntary closure or regulatory instruction — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your i888 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Pending withdrawal requests will be honored in accordance with standard processing timelines.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

i888 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe that i888 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR channels.

Before initiating any formal legal or regulatory proceedings, players are encouraged to contact i888 support at [email protected] to attempt resolution of the dispute informally. i888 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. Most disputes are resolved within five to ten business days of the initial complaint being received.

12 Amendments to These Terms

i888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to the i888 platform or services, industry best practice developments, or any other reason at i888's discretion.

When material changes are made to these Terms, i888 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the i888 platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the i888 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
