1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and i888 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the i888 website, mobile platform, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

2 Eligibility & Age Verification
To register and maintain an active account on i888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.

i888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. i888 may suspend or permanently close any account where the account holder fails to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
3 Account Registration & Security
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the i888 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. i888 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password for your i888 account.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- Notify i888 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
i888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach to i888.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
i888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at i888's discretion.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your i888 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to two business days to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. i888 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day for GCash and PayMaya, subject to verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one to two business days. i888 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where the payment method belongs to someone other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from third-party payment sources may be confiscated, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
- i888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000.
- Funds in your i888 account do not accrue interest.
- i888 is not a bank or financial institution. Your account balance is held in trust for gaming purposes only.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
i888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to Philippine holidays, PBA seasons, and other local events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all i888 bonuses:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the i888 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
- Money laundering: Using i888 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. i888 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or other competitive formats.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent bonus terms.

8 Intellectual Property
All content on the i888 platform — including but not limited to the i888 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of i888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the i888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any i888 content without prior written consent.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on i888 content.

9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, i888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the i888 platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
- Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

- Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
- Any loss or damage resulting from events beyond i888's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
i888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your i888 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude i888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10 Account Suspension & Termination
i888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, i888 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — such as voluntary closure or regulatory instruction — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

11 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
i888 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe that i888 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR channels.
Before initiating any formal legal or regulatory proceedings, players are encouraged to contact i888 support at [email protected] to attempt resolution of the dispute informally. i888 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. Most disputes are resolved within five to ten business days of the initial complaint being received.
12 Amendments to These Terms
i888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, changes to the i888 platform or services, industry best practice developments, or any other reason at i888's discretion.
When material changes are made to these Terms, i888 will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the i888 platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the i888 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
